1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using amigos.place, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. amigos.place is an invite-only hospitality network that connects friends for home stays.
2. User Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use amigos.place. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each account must represent a real person and may only be created through a valid invitation from an existing member.
3. Bookings & Stays
amigos.place facilitates connections between hosts and guests. Hosts set their own availability, accommodation details, and terms. Guests may request stays, which hosts can accept or decline at their discretion. amigos.place is not a party to any agreement between hosts and guests and does not guarantee the quality, safety, or suitability of any accommodation.
4. Cancellation Policy
Booking requests expire automatically after 72 hours if the host does not respond. Either party may cancel an accepted booking at any time. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are flagged as late cancellations. We encourage respectful and timely communication between hosts and guests.
5. User Conduct
You agree to treat all members with respect and courtesy. You must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, misrepresent your identity, harass other users, or create multiple accounts. Hosts must provide accurate descriptions of their accommodation. Guests must respect the host's home and any house rules communicated.
6. Limitation of Liability
amigos.place is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or disputes between users. Users participate in stays at their own risk.
7. Privacy
Your use of amigos.place is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
