When you create an account via Google OAuth, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture. You may also provide additional information such as your city, country, bio, Instagram handle, and accommodation photos. We collect booking data including dates, messages, and stay feedback.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate the platform, facilitate bookings between members, send email notifications about booking activity (requests, confirmations, reminders), and improve the service. Your profile information is visible to other members of the network.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data with the following service providers to operate the platform: Supabase (authentication and database hosting), Resend (transactional emails), and Vercel (hosting). Your profile is visible to other authenticated members of the amigos.place network.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or analytics cookies.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication via OAuth, and row-level security policies on our database. Your data is stored in the EU (Stockholm region).
